About the M.C.S.T.C.
The Maintenance and Skilled Trades Council (MCSTC) represents a completely different approach to union representation and public sector service. We represent not only one trade, as in traditional unions, but over 20 individual trades, encompassing every facet of service. This unique structure allows total flexibility within the system, enabling us to provide the best building services at the most competitive rates.
Apprentice Program
There are numerous benefits to joining our apprenticeship program including hands-on learning, meeting new people with similar interests, learning while earning and further discovering your interests in the trade. We hire apprentices from the ICI sector and local students interested in engaging in an apprenticeship program with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB).
